A few more ‘quick sketches’. I’d been wanting to dig a bit more into stop motion animation for a while and while I was overseas it was the perfect time. I just didn’t dig into it soon enough.
I’d remembered having Colorforms as a kid and found a basic set on Amazon. I’d had them a while, but had procrastinated until they told us we were switching locations and we would no longer have our own room (and bathroom…ugh!).
This was not, obviously, planned or timed, beyond just looking at what I had to work with.
Sculpey has always been a mild obsession and actually putting the ‘clay’ in claymation. I just had the block of clay and went with it.
This was a bit older, but needed a place to be…lol…I had a stylus and was finally able to draw on my iPad. It opened a lot of doors.
I had an idea and started with the final image and erased…lol…
